Mùa táo đến có rất nhiều món ngon từ trái táo, bạn có thể thử làm món bánh táo chiên này nhé! Bánh rất hợp để nhâm nhi vào tiết trời mát mẻ cùng một ly trà ấm đấy.
Táo cắt thành từng khoanh tròn có độ dày chừng 0,3 - 0,5cm. Khoét bỏ phần ruột ở miếng táo. Có thể dùng dụng cụ cắt bột hình tròn nhỏ hoặc dùng dao mũi nhọn để khoét bỏ.
Hòa bột mì, 40gr đường, 10gr bột quế, lòng đỏ trứng với nhau trong 1 cái tô. Đổ sữa tươi không đường vào trộn cho hỗn hợp đồng nhất.
Đun sôi dầu ăn. Nhúng từng miếng táo vào hỗn hợp bột sao cho phần bột bám đều xung quanh táo.
Khi bánh vàng đều 2 mặt, gắp bánh ra đĩa có lót sẵn 1 lớp khăn giấy cho thấm dầu.
Phần đường trắng còn lại trộn với 5gr bột quế, lăn bánh táo chiên qua hỗn hợp vừa trộn.
Bánh rất thích hợp để nhâm nhi vào tiết trời mát mẻ cùng một ly trà ấm đấy. Bánh táo chiên có vị chua chua của táo, vị ngọt vừa phải và thơm thơm mùi bột quế tạo nên hương vị “đúng chuẩn” mùa thu.
