Bé nhà mình thích nhất là món cà ri gà chấm bánh mì! Thường chủ nhật mình mới có đủ thời gian để làm món cà ri gà cho con ăn! Hôm nay, mình phát hiện ra chai Xốt nêm đậm đặc thịt gà của Knorr này! Thử làm món cà ri Gà cho con, bé thích mê!
Rửa sạch thịt gà để ráo nước rồi chặt miếng vừa ăn. Rửa sạch và gọt vỏ cà rốt, khoai tây, bỏ hạt bí đỏ, rồi thái hạt lựu. Bóc phần ngoài sả cây chỉ lấy phần lõi trắng. Đập dập, cắt khúc dài 7cm rồi thái sợ nhuyễn.
Ướp gà với sả cây và 15ml (03 muỗng cafe ) xốt nêm đậm đặc thịt gà trong khoảng 15-20 phút cho ngấm gia vị.
Cho gà vào nồi, đun lửa vừa, xào cho đến lúc dậy mùi sả thơm và gà chín thì cho nước vào đun sôi. Sau khi sôi, hạ thấp lửa đun liu riu khoảng 20 phút cho thịt gà chín mềm! Sau đó cho phần cà rốt, khoai tây, bí đỏ thái hạt lựu vào nấu cùng. Khi cà rốt chín mềm thì tắt bếp. Nếm xem đã vừa miệng hay chưa để gia giảm cho phù hợp với khẩu vị của bé.
Cho cà ri gà ra chén để bớt nóng, thêm bánh mì để bé thưởng thức. Cà ri gà với vị thơm ngon, ngọt lành, không quá béo vì trong công thức không dùng sữa đặc, độ ngọt vừa phải từ rau củ nên ăn rất ngon miệng. Cuối tuần làm đãi cả nhà, đặc biệt là cho bé yêu sẽ rất ngon miệng, và bổ dưỡng.
