Cắt nhỏ 100g chocolate cho rồi đun cách thủy cùng với 10g bơ cho nóng chảy và quyện đều thành hỗn hợp đồng nhất.
Múc chocolate đổ lên miếng bánh kín, sau đó lấy một miếng bánh đục lỗ đặt lên trên. Chờ cho đến khi chocolate nguội thì phần nhân sẽ cứng lại và gắn chắc hai nửa.
